How does Arabiyat Prestige Al Noor smell?
Al Noor, from Arabiyat Prestige, begins with cardamom, saffron and nutmeg, a dry, warm and slightly leathery spice trio with a faintly medicinal glow. Cardamom keeps it cool and aromatic, saffron is metallic and honeyed, and nutmeg is nutty and sweet. It sets a serious, rich tone straight away.
The heart brings iris, vetiver, labdanum and fig. Iris is cool and smooth, vetiver dry and rooty, labdanum resinous and sticky, and fig lightly green and sweet. In the base, vanilla and tonka bean add a creamy sweetness, patchouli gives earth, and leather supplies a supple, slightly smoky edge. It reads as a spicy, resinous and leathery scent softened by sweetness.
Who is Arabiyat Prestige Al Noor for?
Listed as unisex, and tagged by the shop for autumn and winter, and for evening and special occasions. With saffron, leather and labdanum in the list, it suits someone who likes a dark, spiced, grown-up character with a sweet cushion beneath it.
